Freezer Beef is dry aged for 3 weeks then cut and packaged to your specifications. Once it's cut and packaged, we freeze it to preserve freshness. As with all of our meat, freezer beef is guaranteed. The front quarter includes all chuck roasts such as arm cuts, English roast, half cut blade, blade cut, neck cut and shank cut. Also from the front quarter are rib steaks or rib roast, short ribs, soup bones, stew meat and ground chuck. The hind quarter has the bulk of the steaks such as t-bones, porterhouse, sirloin and round steaks. The hind quarter also has the boneless roasts - rump roast, sirloin tip and heel of round.
